Our Vinyasa class is a high paced combination of classic Yoga poses. Great for working up a sweat and improving balance and agility.
With our Power Yoga class we are taking the principles of traditional Yoga and combining them with modern training techniques. The result is a class that will leave you surprised, shaking and smiling.
R.O.M. Yin is the class that everyone needs! By combining mobilization with stretching we are freeing you from tight hips, shoulders and back.
A small studio with powerful and playful classes needs a small studio manager who is powerful and playful. Meet Faranak. Always the biggest smile in the room, but don’t be fooled by that: her classes can be rather mean. Her biggest power is her never ending energy for making Heldhaftigs teachers and classes the best in town.
Since coming to Heldhaftig she has grown into a fanatic CrossFitter at our neighbours Vastberaden. This is mainly to support her love for freshly baked cookies. Her other big loves are board sports, buttoned shirts, knitting and Iranian food.
Meet Louise, the lively instructor at Heldhaftig Yoga's Saturday classes. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, this 27-year-old Financial Manager and Craft Beer Bartender infuses her classes with fun, smiles, and motivation. A ballerina-turned-yogi, Louise discovered her teaching passion during an unexpected substitute session, and she's never looked back since. Her caring nature and dedicated teaching style keep students returning weekly. Guiding others through movement and breath, Louise's goals include prenatal training and breathwork courses. Beyond yoga, she enjoys dancing, road trips, and a diverse taste in music—from metal to classical. In Louise, Heldhaftig Yoga has found a dynamic and inspiring instructor.
Meet Marit! She's a Yoga instructor who loves exploring movement. Marit brings good vibes and a big smile to her classes, creating a safe space for everyone. She loves to adjust classes to everyones level so they can find their challenge.
Like Louise and Luna; Marit didn't plan to be a teacher. She started to learn more about yoga but fell in love with teaching during training.
When she is not managing yoga students she is a HR manager and caretaker of Un and Dos; her cats.
Curiosity did not only lead her to a bachelor in Biomedical science, but also to a 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training. She went in to become better at Yoga herself, she came out inspired to share the joy of it with others. Armed with a big smile and a love for movement she has been teaching ever since. Being half-italian she has more than enough passion to share between being a kick ass yoga teacher and being an avid kickboxer. Ush!
