Our schedule
Our classes are both challenging and accessible to all levels because we work with fixed sequences. The classes follow the same flow to allow you to master it a bit more every time. Every week the sequence varies just enough to keep you surprised, and every 12 weeks the sequence changes completely. Get stronger with our Power Yoga class, improve your cardio with Vinyasa and increase flexibility with R.O.M Yin. Fun guaranteed in all three!
